We charge a flat delivery cost of $8 for all orders under $150.
We offer free shipping for all orders over $150.
Click-and-collect is also available for our local customers at no charge.
Our online store currently does not support international delivery, but we are able to help with this in-store. Please contact us directly for assistance and shipping quotes for international delivery.
**PLEASE NOTE - We ship our domestic parcels with NZ Post. NZ Post will NEVER ask for payment over a text or email for delivery, taxes, advance fee, etc.
If you receive an unscrupulous text, please delete it immediately and do not click on any links.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
We aim for all our click & collect orders to allow same-day pickup. You will receive an email notification when your item(s) are ready to collect. If you are unsure or need an urgent pick-up, please call us on 09 238 9345.
All of our parcels are sent using Overnight Standard by NZ Post.
Please allow 1 working day for dispatch, and a further 1-3 days for delivery.
Our courier collects from us once daily, Monday-Friday.
During the holiday season please be aware delivery may be delayed due to increased pressure on the postal system.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
You should receive an automated email with your tracking number and link once your order has been picked up by our courier. Sadly these sometimes gets filtered as spam emails, so please check !
You can also track the status of your order under My Account , and clicking on "My Orders".
If you have any issues with the tracking of your order, or have not received it within 4 working days, feel free to contact us with your order number and a member of our friendly team will happily help.
We actively make sure our available stock is as accurate as possible. However, on very rare occasions, either due to human or technical error, we find an item that is displaying incorrectly online.
Should this extremely unfortunate instance occur, we guarantee we will do everything in our power to fulfill your order. Or, if this proves impossible, we will fully refund you and offer our humblest apologies for the inconvenience.
