Do I need a Vaccine Passport to visit your store?
We currently do not require a Vaccine Passport to visit our store. All our in-store staff are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
We ask anyone who is coming in to our store to please be considerate of others - please wear a face covering, scan or sign in, and maintain distance where possible.

Do you have a loyalty rewards program?
We truly have one of the best in-store loyalty rewards programs around!
Every $1 you spend with us in-store on full priced items earns you 1 loyalty point. When you get to 1000 loyalty points, you will be rewarded with a $100 loyalty voucher to spend in-store on any full-priced item(s)!
These vouchers are amazing because:
• They have no expiry date;
• They do not need to be redeemed in one transaction;
• They do not need to be spent on your next transaction, if you don't want to;
• And they make your next visit just that much more exciting!
If you would like to know how close you are to your next voucher, please feel free to contact us and one of our amazing team members can help.
Vouchers are not redeemable in conjunction with any other promotion.
Please note: Online orders do not automatically accrue points. We are however always happy to add your online orders to your in-store loyalty points account. Please just ask in the comments of your order, and we will make it happen! :) x
Is all of your stock available online?
Mostly, yes! The vast majority of our stock is available online. Occasionally however, we do have some exclusive in-store surprises for our local ladies! We will also sometimes omit edible, fragile, or over-sized items that are not easily shipped. If you have seen an item in store and you cannot find it online, please give us a call (09 238 9345) and we'd be happy to help!
How do I purchase something from your social media pages/in-store that is not available online?
We are glad you like what you see! If something you have seen is not available online, please contact us as we can most likely help you make your purchase over the phone or via email. We accept remote credit card payments, Laybuy, AfterPay, or direct bank deposit. We will only be able to help you purchase an item this way during our opening hours.
Do you have any other stores?
We truly are a one-of-a-kind store! While we have had other affiliated stores in the past, we are now the one and only at 156 King Street in Pukekohe.
I love something, but you are sold out of my size! Can you help me get one?
We would love to help you if we can during opening hours, but please understand that stock availability is always limited – especially on our best-selling styles! If something you are looking for is a new arrival or a basic that we carry year-round (eg. Home-Lee Apartment Pants), please contact us and we will see what we can do.
Please note: Any product that we order in for you must be paid for in full before ordering and will not be eligible for any return or exchange.
For Augustine Products: If we have sold out on our website, and Augustine has sold out on their own website, we will unfortunately be unable to help you. Some Augustine products are also not available to wholesalers, such as the weekly Meow Skirts and weekly Hey Monday shoes. Other times we are assigned a limited supply of stock, and are unable to re-order outside of our original quantity.
How do I pre-order an Augustine product from your store?
All of our Augustine pre-orders are done through our online store on our pre-order page! You can pre-order in the same way you would make a regular purchase: Select the colour/size you would like, hit "add to cart", and proceed to checkout. Upon ordering successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email, the same as a regular order. You will be contacted once your item is ready for pick-up or has been shipped. Please understand that once you have placed a pre-order, it cannot be cancelled.
We make our pre-orders available online at the same time as Augustine. This is typically at 7pm on a Wednesday night. Once a product or size has sold out, it will not longer be displayed on our website.
We always do our absolute best to make sure this process runs as seamlessly as possible, but we ask for your understanding if technical or human errors do occur. If for some reason this site is not functioning as it should, please check our facebook page, our primary place of communication between us and you!
Do you sell gift vouchers? Can I redeem my gift voucher or credit note online?
We sell gift vouchers online through the E-Gift Card link above. These will be emailed to you and the person you are gifting it to! You can even choose a specific day/time for the email to be sent to them. These vouchers can be redeemed online or in-store. To redeem your voucher online, head to your cart and fill out the gift card number and PIN number before heading to the checkout.
We also sell physical gift vouchers in-store, the same as always! These in-store vouchers however can not be redeemed online. If you have a physical voucher and see something online you would like to buy, please contact us and we can help you redeem your voucher over the phone or via email instead.
Credit notes are not redeemable online, and must be redeemed in-store, over the phone, or by email.
